How can I order online?

In order to purchase on the Website, you must undertake the following:

  • Carefully read the Terms and Conditions
  • review and agree with the characteristics and price of the product(s)
  • add the product(s) to the shopping bag
  • create a user account, sign in to an existing user account or proceed without creating a user account
  • provide valid and up-to-date personal information such as your name, email address, phone number and a U.S. postal address for the delivery of the selected product(s).
  • select the available shipping method
  • select your preferred payment method
  • TANE will send to the email address provided by the user an order confirmation specifying the date of purchase, the product(s) purchased, the total amount, the contact and shipping information provided
  • TANE will send to the email address provided by the user a link to track the package once it has been shipped. TANE is not responsible for any loss of the product(s) following shipment from our facilities to your delivery address

 

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you may purchase without creating an account. However opening an account is very easy and has many benefits such as a faster check-out process and the ability to track your orders easily at any time.

 

Can I modify my order?

After completing your purchase, we will send to the email address provided an order confirmation with the details of the purchase. We remind you that it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order if it is already confirmed.

What payment methods can I use?

TANE accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as payments using PayPal.

Is payment secure?

Yes, it is safe to buy on the TANE website. We work with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a global security standard that allows the secure transfer of encrypted data between the browser and the web server.

What are the shipping fees?

Standard shipping costs USD $25.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping in your orders above $300.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days (that is excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

*During peak season, the 3 to 5 days period can be extended to 10 business days (that is excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

Delivery may take longer if you have requested engraving.

For TANE My Way collection bracelets: Standard shipping is extended to 7 calendar days from the order confirmation.

For Pre-Order items: the lead time defined and displayed on the product page is the maximum time we'll take for producing your jewel. Please consider extra the shipping lead time for the total delivery time.

 

How can I receive my invoice?

To receive your invoice please contact our customer service team at hola@tane.com and sharing your fiscal information and your confirmation order number.

 

Can I return my order?

We accept returns with refund through the payment method used by the client, within 30 days from the delivery date, only if the product is in perfect saleable condition, without damage, with all labels intact, in its original packaging and upon presentation of the original invoice / sales receipt and warranty booklet. No exchanges for custom, engraved and/or discontinued pieces are permitted. For any repair, exchange or return it will be essential to present the warranty certificate. Replacement of any warranty part will be subject to shipping charges and applicable taxes. If you need to return a product, you should contact us for advice on how to make the exchange as specified in the “Contact us” section.

TANE pieces are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of original purchase, in the event of a manufacturing defect or malfunction of the system. The warranty does not apply to pieces that, according to the evaluation of our workshops, have been incorrectly used or modified outside our facilities. Coverage for elements other than silver is limited to characteristics of the material in question. All TANE pieces are stamped, which guarantees their authenticity and quality, and certifies that they are free from manufacturing defects.

How can I customize my bracelet?

There are over eight billion ways to customize your bracelet. Choose one by one the beads you want to include, among our options you'll find: unique colored sheres, silver spheres, charms, letters and numbers. For the finishing touch, you can engrave the ending tag of your bracelet with up to 4 letters, numbers or your favorite emoji. 

 

Are the component shown all the options? Can I get more bead options to customize my bracelet?
At the moment, the beads shown are the only ones available.

 

Do I have to use all types of components?
You can choose only the ones you like the most to form your bracelet, without having to use every type.

 

Do I have to select 26 or 32 components?
At this time, orders that do not meet the 26 or 32 component filling requirements, as applicable, cannot be confirmed.

 

Price

The final price of your bracelet will depend on its components. The starting price is $139 filled with only unique spheres. Each silver sphere is $9, each charm is $29 and each letter or number is $19.

 

Why do some components have an extra cost and others don't?
The price of each sphere depends on the material they are made of and their dimensions.

 

Engraving

You can personalize even more your bracelet by engraving the ending tag with your initials, numbers or favorite emoji. Choose up to 4 initials or an emoji. Engraving is complimentary. 

 

Can I adjust the size of my bracelet once I have received it?

Due to the nature of the bracelet, and in the event that it is possible to modify the size, an additional cost will be generated that must be covered by the customer. In case you need any adjustment to your bracelet please contact us at hola@tane.mx so we can evaluate the request and follow up as soon as possible. Shipment fees must be covered by the customer as well.

 

Can I order my bracelet in a special size that is not available?
At the moment, only two sizes are available: Small (6.1" - 7.3") and Large (7.5" - 8.7").

 

Will my bracelet arrive assembled?
Yes, although you can select which spheres will be part of your bracelet, your bracelet will arrive assembled, as a finished product. Once you receive it, you will not be able to make any modifications to it.

We remind you that each order is final and the order of the components cannot be altered since each bracelet is a finished product.

 

Can I change the color of a charm? Can I add my Mexico Mi Amor® charms?
The available charms and their characteristics cannot be modified in color or design.

The available charms are created specially for your TANE My Way bracelet. We do not recommend adding different charms.

How to use the TANE My Way configurator?
In order to purchase a TANE My Way bracelet, you will need to do the following:

  • Enter tane.com
  • Select TANE My Way from the menu.
  • Select the desired bracelet size.
  • Select the 26 or 32 components, depending on the size of the bracelet.
  • Add the bracelet to the Shopping Bag.
  • Access the Shopping Bag.
  • Register as a TANE Website User.
  • Carefully read the present Terms and Conditions.
  • Review and agree with the characteristics and price of the products.
  • Provide TANE with the necessary data to make the payment of the products requested by the User.
  • To provide TANE with the necessary data to carry out the shipment of the products requested by the User.

 

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
Since these are completely customized jewel that are created upon your order confirmation, we cannot make any modifications once the order is confirmed.

What are the shipping methods, time and cost?
For TANE My Way we offer 7 calendar day shipping to the USA territory. Once your order is confirmed, it is not possible to make cancellations and/or modifications to it.

 

Are exchanges and/or returns available for this type of order?
Because each piece is unique and completely personalized, it is not possible to make exchanges and/or returns.

  

Do these jewels come with a warranty?
All TANE parts are warranted for components and manufacturing defects. In case you need to make your warranty valid, we kindly ask you to call +1-833-770-TANE or send an email to hola@tane.com where we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

Can I engrave a piece purchased online?

We will gladly engrave your piece; we only need you to include the text you would like engraved in the Comments section. Please keep in mind that there is a five letter limit.

Note: All the pieces will be subject to review by our Master engraver. If it is not possible to engrave your piece due to its design or dimensions, we will let you know.
